Delivery Policy

1. Instant Digital Delivery

Prompt packs are digital products. The moment your payment clears, an automated email with your download link is sent to the address you entered at checkout. Typical delivery time: under 2 minutes.

2. What the Download Contains

Each pack arrives as a zip file containing a Markdown file (for copy-paste into any AI chat), a PDF version (for reading and printing), and a README with usage notes and model-specific tips.

3. Download Access

Your download link stays active for 90 days and can be used unlimited times within that window. If you lose the link, email support with your order ID and we will resend it — no charge.

4. Lifetime Updates

Every purchase includes free updates. When we re-test prompts for a new model version, the updated file is emailed to you automatically. No re-purchase, ever.

5. Delivery Failures

If your email bounces or lands in spam, the order is marked undelivered. We retry delivery for 7 days. After that, the order is refunded automatically and you are notified.

6. Multiple Devices

There is no device limit. Download the pack on as many devices as you like, within your license tier's usage terms.

7. Order Status

Track any order from the Track Order page using your order ID and checkout email. Statuses: Processing (payment clearing), Delivered (link sent), Refunded.

8. Time Zones & Availability

Delivery is automated and runs 24/7. There is no business-hours delay — a purchase at 3 AM is delivered at 3 AM.

9. File Format Compatibility

Markdown files open in any text editor, Notion, Obsidian or AI chat interface. PDFs open in any standard reader. No proprietary software required.

10. Support for Delivery Issues

No link within 5 minutes? Check spam, then email [email protected] with your order ID. We resolve delivery issues within 2 hours.
