Payment & Refund Policy

1. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal and Apple Pay. All transactions are processed by our PCI-DSS Level 1 payment processor — card data never touches our servers.

2. Currency

Checkout always settles in US dollars (USD). The currency selector in the header shows converted prices for reference only; it never changes the amount charged.

3. When Payment Is Captured

Payment is captured immediately at checkout. There are no pending orders, no deposits, no installment plans. If payment fails, the order is cancelled and nothing is charged.

4. Refund Eligibility

Digital goods are non-returnable once downloaded, except: (1) the pack fails to deliver what its description promises; (2) delivery never arrives after 7 retry days; (3) where consumer law requires a statutory right of withdrawal.

5. Refund Window

Eligible refunds must be requested within 30 days of purchase by emailing [email protected] with your order ID. No forms, no justification required beyond a short description of the issue.

6. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days. PayPal refunds typically appear instantly; card refunds depend on your bank.

7. Partial Refunds

If only part of a pack is defective, we may offer a partial refund or a fixed replacement pack at your choice. The decision is made case by case with support.

8. Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback without contacting us first delays resolution. Contact support first — 95% of issues are resolved with a straight refund, faster than a chargeback cycle.

9. Failed & Reversed Payments

If a payment is reversed after delivery, download access is suspended until the balance is settled or a refund is issued. We email you before suspending access.

10. Price Changes & Promotions

Prices may change at any time; the price at checkout is binding. Promotional codes are single-use per customer and cannot be combined.

11. Taxes

Prices exclude applicable taxes. VAT/GST is calculated at checkout based on your location where required by law.
