1. Information We Collect

We collect: (1) contact details you provide at checkout (name, email); (2) order data (products purchased, payment status); (3) technical data (browser type, device, IP address, pages visited) collected automatically.

2. How We Collect

Contact and order data come directly from you at checkout. Technical data is collected automatically via standard server logs and, where you consent, analytics cookies. We do not use fingerprinting or cross-site tracking.

3. How We Use

We use your data to: process orders and send download links; deliver lifetime updates you are entitled to; provide support; prevent fraud; and, only with your consent, send marketing emails. We never sell your personal data.

4. Cookies & Tracking

We use essential cookies (cart, session, security) that are always active, and optional analytics cookies that only run after you accept them in the cookie banner. You can withdraw consent at any time via the Cookie Settings button in the footer.

5. Third-party Sharing

Your payment details go to our payment processor (Stripe/PayPal) and never touch our servers. We share order data with email delivery services to send your download links. No other third parties receive personal data.

6. Payment Data

Card numbers, CVV and billing addresses are handled entirely by our PCI-compliant payment processor. We store only a payment status and a transaction reference — never the card itself.

7. Data Retention

Order records are kept for 7 years to meet tax and accounting obligations. Marketing consent data is deleted immediately on unsubscribe. Support tickets are archived after 24 months of inactivity.

8. Data Security

All traffic is encrypted with TLS. Access to customer data is restricted to staff who need it, with audit logging. Payment processing is delegated to a PCI-DSS Level 1 processor. We run regular vulnerability scans and patch promptly.

9. Your Rights

Depending on your location (GDPR, CCPA and similar), you may request access to, correction of, export of, or deletion of your personal data, and object to or restrict processing. Email [email protected] — we respond within 30 days.

10. International Transfers

If you are outside the country where MenePrompt is registered, your data may be processed there under standard contractual safeguards. We do not transfer data to jurisdictions without an adequacy decision or equivalent protection.

11. Children's Privacy

MenePrompt is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided data, contact us and we will delete it.

12. Marketing Communications

You may opt in to our weekly free-prompts newsletter at any time. Every marketing email includes a one-click unsubscribe. Unsubscribing stops marketing emails but does not affect order or update emails, which are transactional.

13. Changes to Policy

Material changes to this policy will be posted here with a new date and, where required, emailed to active customers. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated policy.
