Return Policy

1. The Short Version

If a prompt pack doesn't do what its description promises, email us within 30 days and we refund you in full. No forms, no return shipping (there's nothing to ship), no friction.

2. Why Digital Returns Are Different

Prompt packs are delivered instantly and can be copied. Once downloaded, a traditional "return" isn't possible — so our policy is outcome-based: if the product underperforms its description, you get your money back.

3. Eligible Returns

A return is eligible when: (1) the pack's prompts produce outputs clearly below the quality described; (2) the pack is missing content listed in its description; (3) delivery failed after our 7-day retry window.

4. Non-Eligible Returns

Returns are not eligible when the issue is: using the prompts with an unsupported model, expecting results beyond what any prompt can guarantee (AI outputs vary), or dissatisfaction that isn't tied to the pack's stated capabilities.

5. How to Request

Email [email protected] with your order ID and a one-line description of the issue. Include an example output if helpful. We respond within 2 hours.

6. Review Process

We reproduce the issue on the current model version. If confirmed, the refund is approved the same day. If the issue is model-specific, we may send a fixed prompt file instead — your choice.

7. Refund Issuance

Approved refunds go to the original payment method within 3–5 business days. You keep any other packs you purchased; the refund covers only the returned pack.

8. License on Refund

When a pack is refunded, its license is revoked. Delete the downloaded files. Updates for that pack stop immediately.

9. Statutory Rights

Where your local consumer law grants a statutory right of withdrawal (e.g., 14 days in the EU), that right applies in full and is not limited by this policy.
