1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing meneprompt.monster or purchasing any prompt pack, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the site or purchase any product.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to purchase from MenePrompt. By purchasing you represent that you meet this requirement and that your use complies with local law.

3. Account & Registration

Most purchases require no account — you check out as a guest. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Orders & Pricing

All prices are listed in US dollars (USD). Displayed prices in other currencies are for reference only; checkout always settles in USD. We may change prices at any time; the price shown at checkout is the price you pay.

5. Payment Terms

Payment is due in full at checkout. We accept major credit cards, PayPal and Apple Pay. A failed or reversed payment cancels the order and revokes download access until the balance is settled.

6. Delivery of Digital Products

Prompt packs are delivered instantly by email after payment clears. Delivery is complete when the download link is sent. You are responsible for checking your spam folder and for using a working email address.

7. Returns & Refunds

Digital goods are non-returnable once downloaded, except where required by law. If a pack fails to deliver what its description promises, email us within 30 days for a full refund — no forms, no friction. See our Return Policy for details.

8. Intellectual Property

The prompts, pack structure, branding and site design are owned by MenePrompt. Your license covers use of the prompts as described in your tier's license terms. You do not own the underlying prompt text, and you may not resell, redistribute or publish the packs themselves.

9. Prohibited Use

Do not use the prompts to generate illegal, defamatory, infringing or harmful content; to bypass AI model terms of service; to build a competing prompt marketplace; or to reverse-engineer, scrape or resell the packs. Violation voids your license and may result in account termination.

10. User Content

Any content you generate using our prompts is yours. You are solely responsible for that output and for ensuring it does not infringe third-party rights. MenePrompt is not liable for how you use AI-generated content.

11. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Products are provided "as is" and "as available". While we test every prompt, AI model outputs vary and we do not guarantee specific results. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MenePrompt's total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MenePrompt from claims arising out of your use of the prompts, your generated content, or your breach of these terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which MenePrompt is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts there.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced on this page with a new "last updated" date. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
